Who are we, and why are we here?

The Christian church is made up of millions of ordinary people all over the world who believe in the Lordship of God's Son - Jesus Christ, and trust in him alone for salvation. At the moment Siloam is a small local expression of the universal church, but we really want to grow!

The Christian church believes that the Bible was written by people who were uniquely inspired by God, and as we read it we discover God's purpose for his church. We believe that God wants us to worship him, to share the gospel, to help one another grow in faith, and to love and serve one another and the community around us. Even though, like every church, we sometimes fall short of this, with God's help we try to fulfil his purpose.

Siloam is a member of the Baptist Union of Great Britain, and the South Wales Baptist Association.
